The Zoo

We had the pleasure this past Sunday of meeting the Asleson's at the Minnesota Zoo. Our meeting was long overdue because the babies hadn't seen eachother since JANUARY. They already are trying to overcome a long distance relationship, but it doesn't help when they have months in between their meetings:)

We had a great day at the zoo. Peyton and Brynn enjoyed the animals. Brynn was much more interactive with them since she is used to having two (or three at the moment) dogs at home. We all had a great day enjoying the beautiful weather and watching the babies (or maybe I need to start saying kids) tot all over the place. It was obvious that they would rather use thier own legs to get around rather then the stroller or one of their parent's carrying them.

I think that Brynn spotted something in the distance that she
found rather interesting.



They are both getting so big. They are such little people now.



Peyton wasn't sure what to think of the goat.

Happy First Birthday!!!

Peyton spent his first birthday at the Children's Museum with mom and dad. He absolutley loved it! He was a big fan of the water tables (obviously), he loved sliding down the slide in the toddler room and he also had a grand time hanging out in the Sesame Street playroom. He paid a visit to the Seseme Street stairs.
